Terms and Conditions

Please note that by placing an order on the Dee Jay Trophies website you adhere to the terms and conditions as set out below.

Interpretation:

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

"The customer" means the person, team or company who purchases the products from the Company;

"Product" means any award/trophy agreed in the contract to be supplied by Dee Jay Trophies to the customer;

"Contract" means the contract between Dee Jay Trophies and the Customer, which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms and conditions;

"Company" means Dee Jay Trophies;

Cost of Products

All product prices are in English sterling and include V.A.T. Prices include engraving on trophies and medals only. All prices exclude delivery charges unless the order is over £99 then it is free shipping to the UK only. The delivery charge will be specified before you complete the order. We reserve the right to amend the cost of products at any time.

Payment

Credit/Debit Card; We accept payment from all major credit/debit cards via our secure online checkout system.

Cheques; Please make cheques payable to 'Dee Jay Trophies'.

Bank Transfer; We are happy to take payment by bank transfer. Please email us at sales@deejaytrophies.co.uk and we will forward you our bank details.

Delivery

We make every effort to deliver all orders within 5 to 10 days using our couriers or Royal Mail. If the order is late or failed due to incorrect details supplied by the customer we will not take responsibility but will endeavor to rectify as quickly as possible in the most cost effective way.

Orders requiring artwork or special engraving may take longer. We do not deliver internationally and any orders received will be cancelled.

Warranty / Damages

Dee Jay Trophies warrants that all products are of satisfactory quality. If any product is damaged on delivery please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the damaged item as soon as possible. After 48 hours, Dee Jay Trophies cannot take responsibility for damaged goods. We may ask you to send us an image of the damaged award prior to sending out a replacement.

Engraving

Dee Jay Trophies will not be liable for engraving errors due to incorrect information and/or spellings supplied by the customer. Replacements in this situation will be provided at cost. On engraved products, all layouts are at the discretion of our engravers unless specified by the customer. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made by the company, we will replace the product at no extra cost.

Returns

Please contact us prior to returning any awards and we will advise you of the next step. All orders returned must be returned in the original packaging or packaged adequately ensuring that the items cannot rub together. Once received and inspected to ensure they are in a re-saleable condition the refund will then be processed if we have been notified prior to the return. Specialised engraved items such as glass & a selection of trophies/medals cannot be returned unless the issue is caused by Dee Jay Trophies. Should there be a problem on our behalf, we will do our best to rectify the problem in the most cost effective way. Please note that we have a returns policy of 48 hours starting from the date you receive your order.

Descriptions

All sizes and capacities are approximate and are for guideline use only.

Replacements

In the unlikely event that a product is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a refund will be processed should the alternative cost less. If the alternative is not suitable a full refund will be processed.

In the very small likely hood of an item being out of stock we will confirm the expected delivery date and proceed with the order if it still meets your requirements.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that a customer wishes to make a complaint regarding the service at Dee Jay Trophies please write to us or send an email and we will acknowledge this and do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
